Billie Graham

Billie Graham brings over 15 years of experience across design, construction, and business development — giving him a perspective on project delivery that most people in this industry don't have. He's worked as a designer, a general contractor, and a subcontractor, which means he understands what each side of the table actually needs.

Based in Charlotte, Billie leads strategic market development for Healthcare and Public Works at Myers & Chapman, a commercial general contracting firm operating across the Carolinas. His work focuses on identifying the right opportunities early, building the relationships that produce work, and staying ahead of where the market is moving.

Before joining M&C, he spent a decade at The Beck Group leading design-build teams across Texas, Georgia, and the Carolinas — including the launch of the Charlotte office and the development of three new business units. His project experience spans acute care hospitals, medical office buildings, emergency departments, and large-scale campus masterplans.

He started his career in architecture, holds a Master of Architecture from SCAD, and has pursued graduate work in Construction Management at Texas A&M — a combination that shapes how he approaches every project and every client relationship.
